Our products

We produce whole Heat Flow systems consisting of heat flow pumps, ducts and fittings as kits or bundles.

We specialise in the design and manufacture of heat flow pumps.

There are two main heat flow pumps designed to recyle heat in small through to sizeable rooms in houses, flats as well as commercial retail spaces. Both of these heat flow pumps are very compact and consume very low amount of energy while transferring high volumes of warm air.

Our heat flow pumps include the Heat-Wave/100 and the Heat-Wave/350.

The Heat-Wave/100 transfers 100 cubic metres of warm air each hour consuming just 0.024Kw of energy. The Heat-Flow/350 can transfer between 100 cubic metres to 340 cubic metres each hour while consuming between 0.024Kw to 0.036Kw of energy. These can recover heat energy that has cost about £1.00 to £2.00 to generate, and which would be lost, for just £0.01 or £0.02; a very impressive operational cost-benefit.

The Heat-Wave/100 is just 4 inches wide (100mm) and 4.5 inches long (120mm) and the Heat-Wave/350 is just 6 inches wide (150mm) and and 5 inches long (125mm) their outlet necks are designed to fit 80mm and 100mm flexible ducting exactly.

These heat flow systems are sold as kits or bundles, as follows:

Heat-Wave/100

Mainly preassembled:

  • 1 x Heat-Wave/100 Heat Flow Pump;
  • 1 x 240v/12v mains adapted plug;
  • 1 x 3 metres of 80mm flexible ducting;
  • 1 x 3m of power cable;
  • 1 x Wall bracket to assemblt to the wall;
  • Screws and plugs,
  • Ratchet tool to tighted screws;
  • Clip to adjust length or flexible duct to room height;
  • 3 x digital thermometers.
  • User manual with instructions on how to set this system up and manage temperature control



Heat-Wave/350

Partially assembled coming with:

  • 1 x Heat-Wave/350 heat flow pump;
  • 1 x support column for the pump;
  • 2 x wall brackets for support column plus screws and plugs;
  • 1 x 3 metres of 100mm flexible ducting;
  • 1 x ducting connector;
  • 2 x jubilee clips to fix ducting;
  • 1 Ratchet Tool to tighten screws.
  • 3 x digital thermometers
  • User manual with instructions on how to set this system up and manage temperature control
