SEEL was established in 1983 to monitor the exciting technology developments and applications on the emerging global network that transitioned to the Internet and to develop advanced decision analysis techniques. One of our early developments was Location-State Theory which provides the logic for Heat Flow technology. In 2010 SEEL set up The George Boole Foundation Limited to commemorate George Boole's seminal contributions of computer design, programming, digital logi, communications technologies and decision analysis.
